We are almost there I promise please use this document as I have added quite a bit. Please show setbacks for thr dumster enclosure. show details of fencing from special use, "We have also erected privacy (wood) fencing between the wild blue burgess rd parcel and 11265 S Holmes Rd property. This fencing extends south from the existing wood privacy fencing at the back of 11335 S Holmes for approximately 100 to 150 ft and closley resembles the existing privacy fencing."

Please draw an ADA route on the site plan with a dashed line and then show the dashed line in a legend and label it as ADA Route all you need to do is show the path an ADA persons would take from the parking lot to the structures.

Site Development Plan V3 Package Redlines

- I have added some information and combined your second and third submittals to make a more complete package but there are still a few missing details.

- Show where the onsite wastewater system is (septic) and well.
- State the size of the parking spaces (dimensions)
- Show where the trash/dumpster will be located and show the enclosures. Please note, all trash receptacles on commercials sites must be screened with 100% opaque screening

- State that you will not be adding any new exterior lighting.

If you are adding new exterior lighting, such as the porch light shown (Landscaping plan?), please provide the specs on the lights and a photometric plan.

Landscape Plans V3 Redlines

-This is a lighting plan not a landscape plan. Upload a letter for the landscaping plan stating that you will not be adding any new landscaping and why as well as addressing why in the letter of intent.

If you are proposing new lighting we need a photometric lighting plan and the details on the exterior lights that you are proposing.

Any of the structures that are being used for the Cat Care business need a permit and/or converted to commercial for their uses. Regional Building has no history that the garage/rescue was converted for commercial use, this needs to happen. This building should use 5977 & the new Cat Care garage should use 5965 Burgess Road when submitting for a commercial garage permit. Building being converted is a requirement. 5/6/2020 1:58:36 PM

Each visit counts as two trips as one ins incoming and one is outgoing. Include the hours of operation. Note that your hours of operation and traffic generated should be in line and should not exceed what was listed in the conditions of approval of your special use.
