Engineering has the following comments for the site plan drawing: -Show the existing drainage easement has it shown on the approved Plat #12182. Please see attached the approved Plat #12812 showing the existing drainage easement in the corner of the lot. After discussion with County Attorney, it was determined that a license agreement with El Paso County will not be required for the outlet structure discharging raw water into the north swale within El Paso County Right of Way. Engineering has the following comments for the site plan drawing: -Show the existing drainage easement has it shown on the approved Plat #12182. -Coordinate with the Department of Public Works to obtain a Work in the Right of Way Permit. Staff will coordinate with the County Attorney if a license agreement with El Paso County will be required for the outlet structure discharging raw water into the north swale within El Paso County Right of Way.
