The site plans for the Board of Adjustment should not be as detailed as shown. Revise site plan showing the parcel, the structures, and the measurement from the structures to the parcel boundary. That will be the request for the Board of Adjustment. Based on this site plan it is near impossible to tell what is encroaching and where. Make sure to show the measurement from the structures to the property line and not where the setback line is.
