Enumerations/Floodplain has the following comments;

1. Lot 2 address will be 5355, lot 1 will retain the existing address of 5315 Old Stage Coach Road.
2. The description of the project on the EDARP screen states “combined lots 153 & 154 so that the number of lots and density remains the same”. The intent letter speaks about lot 35 only. Is lot 135 & 154 a part of this review?

1. The gas commitment letter is from 2016 and not for the request today.
2. The subdivision summary should be for the entire area.
3. The letter of intent does not specifically address the preliminary plan criteria.
4. The new file number should be added to the preliminary plan drawing.
5. There are new tax ID numbers for the parcels in the preliminary plan area.
6. There is no description for the preliminary plan amendment clouded area.
