In order for this use to be considered legally nonconforming we need proof that the tire shop/restaurant/convenience store have been in operation within the last 12 months. This can be provided by utility bills, tire/restaurant/convenience store invoices, etc. Submit the materials under "additional exhibits" along with the existing affidavit and any others that can be provided to show that the restaurant use has been in place since prior to 3/25/1999. | 5/9/2019 4:31:13 PM |
