Engineering has informed me that the CDs are not stamped, All 5 sheets are not included and must be.
The FAE is not signed and stamped, nor did the owner sign.
GEC plan were missing sheets.
Please call Steve if you do not understand what needs to be done so these items can be completed and approved.

YES your Engineering documents are ready for signature, however you and Scott have not signed the documents yet. Please make sure all appropriate documents are signed by you and Scott, then resubmit for approval.

2. Detention Maintenance Agreements will be reviewed once maintenance responsibilities for Kerr easement and offsite detention have been determined.
3.Please provide a fully executed Assignment of the Filing 1 Detention Maintenance Agreement, if not already in Planning Dept.'s file.
4. The CCR amendment recorded by GCA allows subdivision of the open space with a vote of 67% of the owners. Please provide a copy of the recorded deed conveying Tracts A, B and C to the GCA, or of an assignment of the Development Agreement, which would restrict those tracts from any future subdivision or partition.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Gleneagle Golf Course Residential Infill Development Filing No. 2, Enumerations has the following comments:




1. Per Regional Building Code, section RBC312.8 addresses must appear on plats. Submit a 100 scale copy of the plat to our office for addressing. Place an (xxxx) on all lots and tracts which will require an address, in the location the address will be needed. Once addressing is completed, the addresses will be returned so that they may be placed on the mylar prior to recording.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. A fee of $10 per lot/tract addressed, payable to Pikes Peak Regional Building Department will be due at the time of mylar review.
3. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat to Enumerations. Approval of any plans submitted for this development will be pending receipt in our office of a copy of the final recorded plat.
4. The street name of Stone Eagle Place was previously approved.

Floodplain has the following comments:

1. New FEMA FIRM panels recently became effective for El Paso County. The floodplain statement shown on the plat should be updated to show this new information: panel number 08041C0287G with an effective date of December 7, 2018.
