1. The letter of intent still does not address the special use review criteria listed within the Land Development Code. The request and justification could be greatly strengthened with this analysis. The applicant may choose to move forward with the request without this information included but staff advises against it. Please let Nina know how you would like to proceed so that she knows if she should prep for a decision or wait for a resubmission. 2. The lighting plan shows that the light will exceed .1 candles at the property boundary. Please revise to meet our lighting standards. |

1. The vicinity map is illegible. Please revise. 2.Please provide a photometric plan to demonstrate the candles on the ROW and surrounding parcels. 3. The elevation drawing appears to be a scan from a previous version. As such, much of the detail is illegible. Please upload a version where all information is legible. 4. Please add the dimensions from the property line to the billboard. Please add all items as required on the special use site plan checklist (attached). 5. Please fill out the Type D application and indicate the request is for a special use application. 6. The letter of intent does not address the review criteria for a special use, or those specific requirements outlined in Chapter 6 of the Code. Additional comments and redlines may be provided upon completion of the PCD Engineering Division review. |

If there is an ingress/egress easement for access through the property from the public ROW to the billboard, please show the easement on the site plan with the book and page or recordation #. It appears that an access permit is on file for the parcel, permit #11917. |
