Previously reviewed by CGS on 1/11/2019. No new geological or geotechnical information is included with the currently available (9/12/2019) referral documents. The site is located on a ridgeline and is surrounded by relatively steep slopes, but is outside of mapped landslide areas. RMG notes minor slope creep (page 3, Geologic Hazard Study, 575 Sunrise Peak Road, October 5, 2018).
