Engineering has the following comment for the drainage letter:

The final drainage report for Bent Grass East Commercial Fil. 2 shows that Basin L has weighted C(5) and C(100) values of 0.78 and 0.83, respectively. The developed flows of the proposed TCVC Building Addition show that Basin L-3 has weight C(5) and C(100) values of 0.81 and 0.88, respectively. State in the drainage letter that the future development of Tract B must account for the increase of the C(5) and C(100) values with this development.

Engineering comments for the drainage letter appear minor. Once corrections have been made, please submit the drainage letter for approval.

A secondary commercial access permit must be obtained for the proposed second access to the property.

1. The tax schedule number for this parcel has changed. The new tax schedule number is: 53011-01-061. Plan should be updated to show this tax schedule number.
2. Since this is an addition to an existing building, no new address is needed.
