The letter of intent states you will do fabrication there (on-site) that is not allowed. Parking in the 25' landscape and building setback is not allowed. Move the parking please. Identify the square footage of the existing building. |

Please add the number of employees to the Letter of intent. Discuss how many customers on a daily basis. Discuss the maximum number of sheds to be displayed and the maximum size of those sheds in the letter of intent. State that you do NOT construct or manufacture sheds at this location. Discuss that the existing building is for office operations for the retail sale of the sheds. Add the parking for customers and employees to the site plan. Add the maximum size and number of sheds to the site plan. Please correct and resubmit. |
