Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan on parcel 57074-00-086, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The tax schedule number shown on page 1 of the application is incorrect. The correct tax schedule number is:54074-00-086. 2. This Verizon site was originally permitted under the address of 717 Hathaway Dr. In 2016, the address was changed to 711 Hathaway Dr. 711 Hathaway Dr. is the address that should be used for all submissions regarding this site. Update the plan pages of this submission to show the 711 Hathaway Dr. address. Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.
