Informational
1. Separate permits will be required for the main house, guest house, and shop. The guest house requires an affidavit and is to meet the limitations outlined in CH 5 of the Land Development Code.
2. A BESQCP (under 1 acre disturbance) and driveway permit are required prior to building permit authorization.
3. Multiple floorplans were included in this application. Only the kennel documents will be a part of the file if the request is approved.

Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for a dog kennel on parcel 4100000-423, Enumerations has the following comments:


1. Addresses have been assigned by Enumerations for the proposed structures on this parcel. 14325 Evans Rd. for the main residence, 14343 Evans Rd. for the dog kennel building, and 14361 Evans Rd. for the guest house. These addresses should be used when submitting building plans for review/permit.



Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.

General
1. The well does not allow for a commercial kennel. Please call the State Water Engineer to revise 303-866-3581.
2. The floorplan/elevation shows a home, garage, kennel and another structure but the site plan does not. Please revise one or the other.
Letter of intent
1. Review the first sentence and revise (under request). Include the anticipated number of dogs.
2.The septic is not yet installed. Please revise to state that you will install a septic system with approval of El Paso County Health.
3. Please review the numbering under "Solid Waste and Odor Control"

Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for a dog kennel on parcel 41000-00-423, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. This parcel does not currently have an address assigned to it. The applicant should contact Enumerations to have an address assigned to it which will be forwarded to the Assessors’ office as well as Mountain View Electric.
2. The site plan included shown only the location of the kennel building, but, the plan includes drawings for a residence, kennel, shop/garage, and a guest house. The site plan should show the proposed location of all structures to be built on the parcel.
3. All of the various proposed buildings will require unique addresses. The main residence should use the address which will be assigned to the parcel. The other structures will be assigned separate addresses. The applicant should contact Enumerations prior to submitting building plans for review/permit to establish addresses to be used for submitting. The building plans for the guest house should include the County guest house affidavit if required by the County.
