Regarding a request for approval of a special use at 8775 W. Hwy 24, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The tax schedule number shown on the site plan is incorrect. The correct tax schedule number is 83153-00-029.
2. Enumerations has no objections to the special use.



Floodplain has the following comments:

1. There is significant FEMA identified floodplain area on this parcel. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) for any questions or concerns regarding compliance with the floodplain code.

I need you to contact Cindy Hyde at 719-668-5887 for Colorado Spring Field Engineering. There is an existing 12,500 O/H Electric line that I don't see an easement for.
