3. NEW COMMENT THAT WAS MISSED WITH REVIEW 1: A privacy fence is required on the northern boundary where the commercial use abuts a residential use. The proposed fence does not meet our interpretation of opaque. Please resubmit the LOI with a request for an alternative screening method and submit photos to support the request (this is the fencing type throughout Claremont).
