The letter of intent states approvals were obtained for grading and construction of retaining walls. Revise the letter of intent to identify the dates of approval and the entities authorizing such approvals. According to well permit no. 282821, issued 3/11/10, condition of approval no. 3 restricts use of water to the business building structure(s) and excludes watering for landscaping or irrigation. It is the responsibility of the applicant to maintain compliance with the conditions of the well permit or obtain approval of a well permit that authorizes the withdrawal of water in accordance with the operational needs of the proposed greenhouses. 3/13/2018 7:36:56 AM

Clearly label the designated parking area and/or spaces for the overall site. The location of the parking has historically been off-site within CDOT right-of-way (ROW). The applicant shall obtain approval from CDOT to continue to utilize State ROW for parking. CDOT is currently experiencing problems with their network and is unable to provide comments through the County EDARP system. Please contact CDOT directly to obtain information regarding State permitting requirements to authorize parking in the ROW. CDOT contact information is provided below.

Provide a no build/disturb easement for any portion of Fountain Creek and creek embankment impacted by the property boundary.

Identify areas with slopes exceeding 30% slope and label as no build areas.

Identify the floodplain boundaries on the site plan.

Enumerations:
1. Addressing on site for existing main building 8455, 8459 W Hwy 24 for retaining wall. Greenhouse building will be assigned 8457 W Hwy 24.
2. How tall is the fencing. If 7ft tall a permit & address assignment will be required.
3. The legal description that the El Paso County Assessors indicates does not match what you have included. What was included on the site plan for legal description is a little more accurate but missing some information. Tax schedule number is 83221-00-002


Floodplain:

Show the distance from the north/west property line to the back side of greenhouse building location. There is 100 year floodplain on the property. Show the floodplain overlay on the site plan as well.
