Letter of Intent needs to be resubmitted with “track changes” off and preferably as a pdf. Land is stated as having 2.3 acres but the assessor shows 2 acres (see redlines). Improve Site Plan Drawing. Show all setbacks to the exact property line. A survey or an improvement location certificate would show the exact dimensions and setbacks, which should have been provided to you when you purchased the property (see redlines). An official address change will need to be completed prior to the new address being used.
