Regarding a request for approval of a lot line adjustment and final plat for Rockwood Minor Subdivision Filing No. 2, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The change in lot lines will not affect the address previously assigned. These addresses should appear on the mylar for Rockwood Minor Subdivision Filing No. 2 in the appropriate places. 1. Please retitle as a replat versus a lot line adjustment and amend the language throughout. 2. Please correct the spelling of adequate on note 20. 3. The license agreement should be shown on the as platted, as it is referenced on the recorded plat. |
