The Association has reviewed the contents in the above-referenced referral response packet. We reviewed the project for maintaining our existing facilities, utility easements, electric loading, and service requirements. We are advising you of the following concerns and comments: The Association consents to the to variance however, does not relinquish any rights or easements pertaining to the existing overhead electric facilities located within the property of the above mentioned lot. Please be advised that the Association does periodically maintenance and controls vegetation within ten (10) feet of the center of the existing overhead electric distribution facilities. In addition the Association is advising the safety hazard of working within ten (10) feet of the center of the existing overhead electric distribution facilities, the home is approximately 10.5 feet from the existing overhead electric distribution facilities. |
