Regarding a request for approval of a rezone of 3 parcels known collectively as Rice Ranch, since no replats or new structures are proposed, Enumerations and Floodplain have no comments or objections.

1. Please remove the Arial imagery from the zoning map.
2. Please submit the well permits. You have supplied copies of the webpage from the State and not the well permits.
3. The title commitment reflects the mineral rights have been severed. Please update the mineral right certificate and send notice to the mineral rights owner. We will need evidence that the mineral owner was notified.
4. The site plan should show the property and all use areas, improvements, driveways, etc. without the Arial.
5. An anticipated condition of approval is that the annexation into the Fire District is completed in a timely manner.
6. The letter of intent should include an analysis of how you meet the criteria for a rezone as well as the discrepancy in lot size requirement of 40 acres for this zoning district. You should also include the discussion of annexing into the fire district and anticipated timeline.

The Enumerations department currently only has the address to parcel 65250-00-009 as 8150 Rice Lane. What are the addresses to the other parcels for each structure? 11/1/2017 8:04:55 AM
