All of the adjacent properties must be notified, properties that should be notified are: 139 Hayes St., 141 Hayes St., and the certified mail receipt must show the address of where it was sent for 145 Hayes St. As of right now that certified mail receipt doesn't show it was sent anywhere. Also if you could add that to the document titled "adjacent property owner notification" and not in the application submittal. 10/9/2017 12:48:12 PM
