If 0.33/acre-feet is the correct water demand for the lot - then the District letter and SEO letter must indicate commitment/sufficiency based on that amount (not .28 a/f). Resubmittal documents included: Geology and Soils Report (RMG, 6.20.18). CGS concurs with RMG’s geologic interpretation of the site. RMG states that Seismicity and Radioactivy/Radon Gas are the only geologic hazards or constraints at the site. CGS would add that shallow bedrock also is a geologic constraint at this location. As a shallow foundation and no basement are planned for the residence the engineering constraints associated with the shallow bedrock can largely be avoided. We also concur with RMG’s statement that a site specific investigation for all proposed structures will be required. Enumerations has the following comments:
1. Address assigned to the property is 18755 Rockbrook Road.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to plat, please be sure the address is on the parcel as close to the edge of the front of the parcel as possible. $10.00 per lot and tract will be due at the time of the review of the mylar. If an address is not needed for the tract then a fee for that tract will not apply.
3. A copy of the final recorded plat is required prior to building permit issuance.
