Review 3 comments on the following documents will be uploaded by the Project Manager. -Drainage report -Construction Plans (Grading and Erosion control Plans). -SWMP Comments on the following documents have been addressed. -Financial Assurance Estimate form -Preliminary Subsurface Soils Investigation. To address the comments on both the Drainage Report and the Construction Plans, an easement document needs to be submitted (reviewed and approved) that provides a public improvement easement for the 54 inch pipe extension and associated improvements adjacent to Double Tree Court. All Engineering documents necessary for this planning action are reviewed concurrently and approved concurrently. |
