Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for a water treatment facility at Forest Lakes, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The address of 2621 Forest Lakes Dr. has been assigned by Enumerations for this building. Any building plans submitted for review/permit should use this address. Any secondary structures included in the plans which are determined by RBD’s construction plan reviewers to need a separate permit will be assigned a separate address as part of Enumerations plan review.

Floodplain has the following comments:

1. There is floodplain in the vicinity of this proposed building. The development plan should show the floodplain boundary. Compliance with Regional Building Code section RBC313 is required. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (Keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with any questions or concerns regarding compliance with the floodplain code.
