A completed MS4 Post Construction Form (attached). The Grading and Erosion Control Document included the SWMP report. Rename the report as Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) and submit as a separate document. Coordinate with the PM to create the SWMP document line item. The Grading and Erosion Control document should only be the GEC construction plans. (Appendix A of the uploaded document) Attached is the SWMP checklist identifying items not addressed. |

Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for a water treatment facility at Forest Lakes, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The address of 2621 Forest Lakes Dr. has been assigned by Enumerations for this building. Any building plans submitted for review/permit should use this address. Any secondary structures included in the plans which are determined by RBD’s construction plan reviewers to need a separate permit will be assigned a separate address as part of Enumerations plan review. Floodplain has the following comments: 1. There is floodplain in the vicinity of this proposed building. The development plan should show the floodplain boundary. Compliance with Regional Building Code section RBC313 is required.
