Regarding a request for approval of a mother-in-law home on parcel 51290-08-012, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. Since the intention for this residence is to be for family use, a completely different address for the guest house is not required. However, in the interest of emergency response and building permit history, we will assign the address of 7655 Lark Bunting Dr. B to the guest house. This address should be used to submit building plans for review/permit. Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.
