Regarding a request for approval of a new CMRS site on parcel 52253-00-002, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. This new site will require an address separate from that of the school. The developer should contact Enumerations prior to submitting building plans for review/permit so that an address can be assigned for use on the building plans.
2. The letter of intent states that the fence around the proposed site will be 8 feet high. Fences over 7 feet in height require a separate building permit and will require a separate address as well. If the fence will be included in the building plan set, that address will be assigned when the plan is reviewed by Enumerations.

Should the request be approved, a site development plan will be required. Any future modification to the tower will require review by our department.

Collateral for the removal of the tower is required prior to the site development plan being approved.
