1. Please review the zoning map checklist. The existing land uses and zoning is missing from the map. The existing property ownership is missing.
2. Under proposed zone you have included residential but not the zoning classification.
3. You are requesting a conventional zone. There is no need to add the setbacks or uses, as you are requesting standard zone governed by the LDC.
4. The APZ I and II are not clear.

2. This request is only for the RS-5000 and not the commercial. Please revise the zoning map, as a separate application is required.
3. The application should only be for the rezone.
4. Please review the rezone map checklist and add all applicable information.
5. Review the dimensional standards for the RS-5000 zone and revise
6. This is a standard rezone and not a PUD. You may not limit the uses as indicated in the site data.
