Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Padmark Business Park Filing 1, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The assigned addresses for the 3 proposed lots have not been added to the final plat as was requested in the first round of comments. Per Regional Building Code section RBC312.8, addresses must appear on plats.
2. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat for our records. Enumerations will not approve any building plans submitted for this development without having a copy of the final recorded plat for our records.



Floodplain has the following comments:

1. The FIRM map number shown on the plat is still incorrect. Refer to previous comments for the correct map number.

1.Prior to recording the vacation replat the applicant will need to bring in title commitment dated within 30 days of submittal, a tax certificate showing zero balance due, the plat will need to be stamped by enumerations, and all signatures/stamps outside of El Paso County must be complete. All applicable recording fees are due at the time of recording.
2. Please verify all easements included in the title commitment have been shown on the plat.
3. The letter of intent does not address all review criteria for a final plat or the County Policy Plan. Please revise.

Regarding a request for approval for Padmark Business Park Filing. No. 1, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The established address of 1110 Meadowbrook Pkwy. will be assigned for Lot 1. 1150 Meadowbrook Pkwy. for Lot 2 and 1190 Meadowbrook Pkwy. for Lot 3. These addresses must appear on the mylar for recording.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, street names, title block and floodplain statement. A $10 per lot/tract addressed fee will be due at the time of mylar review. Since one of the addresses is existing, no fee will be due for that lot, for a total fee due of $20.
3. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat to Enumerations for our records.


Floodplain has the following comments:

1. The map number shown in the floodplain statement is incorrect. It should be map number 08041C0756F
