Enumerations:
Same comments from August of last year.
1. Property owner located 61000-00-268 with address of 4455 Walker Road which sits between lot 14 & lot 12 will need to change their address with this proposed development. This access road needs to be named as well. Please make contact with the property owner and advise them of the citation. A $50.00 addressing fee will apply to change the address. This will need to be completed in conjunction with the plat. If the property owner intends to change their access of the property, please show me what their intentions are.
2. Has the street name Setters View Road been approved by El Paso/Teller 911 Authority? An email from that department approving the street name is required to be sent to Enumerations prior to plat.

Settlers Court conflicts with an existing road in Colorado Springs.

I have attached a street naming guidelines document to assist with the naming process.

Submit the Deviation Request as a separate document. Coordinate with the project manager to add in the project document list.

Per the review 1 comment and ECM 2.3.8: A request for a deviation from the maximum length criteria will not be considered without an express written endorsement from the Fire District in which the proposed cul-de-sac is located.

Include the written endorsement as an attachment to the deviation request.

The Black Forest Land Use Committee recommends approval of this preliminary plan. The committee wishes that the developers of Abert Ranch, Settlers View and Settlers Ranch could find a way to share costs and build the portion of Settlers Ranch Road that would eliminate the need for a temporary road to connect Abert Ranch to Steppler Rd. Hello,

The Silver Nell Drive continuation is acceptable.
Settlers View Road unfortunately causes a conflict. Although "View" is a common suffix used for private streets, it cannot be included within the road name proper.
Attached is a street naming document that will show the guidelines.
