Addressing for each parcel should be placed on the document. Place each address as close to the edge of the parcel, parallel to the street it is addressed from.
Enumerations will review prior to recordation for address placement & street name. No addressing fee is due, addressing is already established. Please provide this office a copy of the recorded document.

No Floodplain on either parcel. Floodplain statement is not required on this document if there is no floodplain in the area.

1. On the proposed lot 10260 Peaceful Valley Road, what is the structure next to the shed to the south? Is there living space in the sheds or pole barn on either properties?
2. Enumerations /Floodplain will review the mylar prior to plat for addressing placement, street naming, title block & floodplain statement. Addressing is established therefore no addressing fee will be required. Please provide this office a copy of the final recorded plat.
