Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for parcel 53000-00-176, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The application and site plan show the address of this parcel as 3499 Capital Dr. There is no address associated with this parcel in the assessors’ database and we can find no record in our database of any address ever being assigned to this parcel. Clarify where this address came from. The letter of intent states that there will be more development on this site in the future, and so assigning an address at the very end of the 3400 block would not be desirable as there would not be any addresses for any new structures without going into the next block.
2. Any new structures to be constructed on this property in the future will be assigned separate addresses.

The uploaded SWMP did not address all the items in the SWMP checklist. Complete the attached SWMP checklist and include with the next submittal. A clean copy of the checklist is available in ECM Appendix E. On the checklist identify the page where the specific item is addressed.
Also, the SWMP and Pond O&M should be submitted as two separate documents.
