Service Plan Amendment:Amendment provides: (i) an update regarding the current status of the District, (ii) an updated boundary map and legal description, (iii) updated capital costs and the corresponding infrastructure maps, and (iv) an updated financial plan.- increases max mill levy from 65 to 75; increases O and M from 10 to 20; keeps 5 mills special purpose; keeps 50 mills residential; eliminates 35 mills for commercial; increases debt from $8 to $48 million. Term of 40-year debt payoff requested to start at refi of ex-bonds or new indebtedness.
