Curious about the project on Lockridge. It seems the builder wants to rezone our community without notifying the entire 133 homeowners in our HOA. The DRC has specific guidelines that must be adhered to in the interest of ALL homeowners. This is zoned single residence community and should remain so. We are limited to our water usage and I am curious as to how this builder will attempt to reconcile more usage or even another well? I am adamant that the zoning shall not be changed. |
