A commercial use is incompatible with surrounding residential uses. There are a lot of vehicles going up and down the driveway. | |

"General Office" use with the current stated max of 12 vehicles a day? What happens when the company doubles in size? The company website isn't a company looking to maintain the status quo, they are trying to grow and do more. Burgess is one of the few East/West roads in Black Forest that connects all the way through. The last thing we need is corporate traffic making things worse. Adding traffic running the opposite direction on a single lane road with people needing to take a left in front of inexperienced High School kids is asking for trouble. This section has two blind hills around it making left hand turns even more risky. During winter the conditions are terrible with Burgess effectively being a sheet of ice from the Fire Station to Vollmer. Folks like me moved to Black Forest to get away from corporations. Opening up this can of worms to start allowing commercial use in our back yards is not appropriate. |
