I work near this area and would love the opportunity to own a home closer to work on a small acreage. This project will create a very nice addition to the area.

I live near this property and have long wanted to build a similar structure. I support this development because it offers the ideal combination of wooded acreage and proximity to schools and shopping centers.

I live in a nearby community and have been searching for land up north that is close to the city, but seems like it is in the country. This is a perfect mix of the two where I can have a small piece of land and build my own home but am minutes away from shopping and schools.

I’m writing to express my strong support for the proposed subdivision. I own a property across Old Ranch in Cordera and have been looking for land to build on. I love this unique location and the wide variety of options in the area, offering something for everyone and would be a wonderful addition to our community.

Thank you for considering my support.

I'm an agent and have customers to build houses but you have to go out in the boonies to do vacant land and this is great and I support it to facilitate buyer's desires.

There are very few vacant lots bordering or in the city to build a new house on. It's hard to find a land to build on that isn't a long drive to town and shopping. This is a unique location on Old Ranch just north of Cordera and barely up the road from Pine Creek H.S., Powers Blvd, and several shopping centers. I like the possibility to get one of these lots and have the ability to build a new home with some land but still be in a convenient location to the city's amenities and my work. I support this development and hope the county approves this unique opportunity.
