Outside storage setbacks must be 50 feet from all property lines and must be screened. Followng the Special Use request, a full Site Development Plan review will be required. ((REVISION: Removed from description, "As part of the Special Use request, the applicant would like to use more than 1 acre for outside storage." The applicant's Letter of Intent and Site Plan now show less than 5% property area for outside storage.))
