Date: 3/21/2026 6:13:31 PM 		Greatest concern would be the home owner running a business out this structure to where loud equipment is being ran consistently and/or vehicle traffic increases, causing a nuisance to the quiet neighborhood. If that is the case, then we are opposed. Are there any assurances that the aforementioned would not be/become a nuisance?

We’re not against someone wanting to build a shop in their backyard for personal use.
