Amendment to The Villages at Sterling Ranch PUD Development PUDSP226 Plan/Preliminary Plan, a 227-unit development with 54 attached and 173 detached single-family homes and tracts for parks, open space, trails, utilities, landscaping, and stormwater detention. 38 additional dwelling units for permanent occupancy rentals on the SF lots. Adds the 1-bedroom adu to all preamble products for a total of 3 bedrooms per lot. Changes note 14 and a couple notes in the use table and parking table. Minor change to water supply. Plat was recorded, but should not impact plat add use clarification.
