Date: 3/17/2026 2:15:18 PM 		Dear Sirs my name is Mike Lavine and I live right at the intersection of Falcon Highway and Meridian Road. I have lived here for 10 years and have seen numerous deadly accidents at the above mentioned intersection and a bunch of just random accidents! These roads out here are county roads that are very old and they don’t even have shoulders. This area is not designed to handle a major increase in traffic flow seven days a week. In addition the reason I live way out here in the country is to get away from the commercial traffic and all the noise. We DO NOT need more traffic out here. I DO NOT want more noise and people out here. They are only doing this to try to boost the interest in selling there property now listed as an Event Center. I am totally against this variance. Let them move further out east if that’s what they want to do. I VOTE NO! Mike Lavine
