Date: 2/12/2026 3:41:53 PM 		We oppose this project completely. We have lived here close to 40 years and we do not need a
cell phone tower. The damage to the land will again displace our wildlife, wildflowers and small
animals. The trees in the cell phone area are easily 100 to over 200 years in existence! We do
not want to destroy these trees for technology. Currently we have excellent and adequate cell
phone coverage for many years, there is no need for another tower!

Date: 2/12/2026 1:25:59 PM 		We bought our 5-acre lot from Paul and Amy Kinch in October 2023. We were unaware of the tower until January 2025 after speaking with a neighbor. No disclosures were provided during the sale, even though Amy signed the lease in 2022. On May 7, 2024, the county mailed notices to neighboring property owners but failed to include us, later admitting by email in 2025 that we should have been notified and it was their mistake we weren’t on the list. We began building our home in August 2024. We would never have purchased or built on this property had the tower been properly disclosed or had we received required notice. These procedural issues raise serious concerns that may have legal implications. We also oppose it for health, safety, and the significant visual impact above the tree line from our home.

Date: 2/4/2026 8:31:14 PM 		As an owner and resident of a neighboring property to the project at 10765 Kinch Ct.Parcel No. 6224004020, I am strongly opposed to this project.  Over the past 7 years we have been inundated with construction, noise, light pollution, and the horrendous re configuring of our mailboxes that are now dangerously located in the center of a four way stop to accommodate the development in our area. We in no way approve of another project and visual disruption to our area and property.

Date: 2/4/2026 8:37:04 AM 		This project was adamantly opposed by neighboring families, and the solution appears to be to just close that file to remove the opposition and allow these folks to start a clean new application that does not have all of our opposition statements. Please make sure to take all of the previous comments and concerns into account when reviewing this project. Our opposition has not changed even though the file number and project manager has. We have a beautiful property in Black Forest that will be severely impacted by this cell tower, as we are the adjoining property. A cell tower in this area is completely unnecessary and only for the profit of those don't even live here. I also have a child in the home to worry about. The health risks of these towers are extremely concerning, especially for children. This application needs to be shut down permanently or moved to a property that Amy Kinch actually owns. Please protect our beautiful area and the families that call it home
