Description
Administrative Special Use to allow a Recreation Camp and Event Center for Ponderosa Paradise, LLC, on a 7.5-acre property zoned A-5 (Agricultural). A full Site Development Plan will be required after Special Use approval. The applicant is requesting that the Special Use allow up to 32 camping/glamping sites. Phase 1 of the Site Development Plan will include around 24 sites. The Event Center will be a barndominium design which includes a Caretakers Quarters.
