I know that change is inevitable. However, I am opposed to putting businesses on a rural road with inadequate traffic controls. I am also opposed to using additional well water from our aquifer for non-residents use. I am currently part of the group that is trying to connect to Fountain water due to the wells drying up and this will just add another layer of difficulty to our quest to stay independent.

I have many concerns with rezoning and development of the above mentioned area.
Water- The proposal is to use well water. This community is already suffering from lack of water. Many properties currently have dried up wells and are having to truck in water for homes and livestock. There has even been a group organized trying to find solutions to these issues as it has had a negative impact on not only the residents but the Hanover Fire Department which currently has a dried well also.
Traffic- The church currently has a high volume of traffic on Sunday on a rural road that has no traffic system lights or stop signs where the current speed limit is 45 MPH. I believe that there is a real threat to the public making left turns into the property and by having more days that the volume is higher that would be more traffic incidents on the road way which currently does not support enough space to pull off .......There is more and I have attached PDF. Thank you.
