Description

**Approved by BOCC 11-13-2025 (Res. No. 25-308) with 1 condition and 4 notations.** REF: BBC251 and BBC252. SC2552. --- Special Use for new EMD Billboard. Two existing single-sided static billboards will be removed in order to allow for this one double-sided billboard. No net increase to billboards in the County. Electronic Messaging Display (EMD) is proposed for both sides. All setbacks and dimensional standards of I-3 will be met. Applicant is requesting a 4% reduction to the Use-Specific Development Standard regarding spacing between billboards in I-3 zoning (to allow 384' where 400' is required). Marksheffel is NOT a restricted corridor.
