Date: 4/8/2026 4:42:51 AM 		Why is this private road 60 feet wide? When you look up the requirements for the county to take over the maintenance of the road. It needs to be a 60 foot road. So is the plan for the county to take over the road? And if the county takes over the road, does the county have a plan to extend it northward? Everyone should be asking these questions. The are using a 1917 Law that says all easements on section lines, range lines and township lines are federal land for roadway purposes. So where is this road going?
