(Approved SC-25-035) Lamar Advertising is proposing to convert both sides of this billboard to Electronic Message Display (EMD), expand the size, and relocate the billboard to the southeastern side of the property. The relocation will move the billboard away from the existing buildings on the property and away from the nearest adjacent residential building. To expand each sign face from 238 square feet to 378 square feet, the applicant is requesting to utilize their unused billboard credit, BBC05006. Permitted and constructed in 1984. Checked existing billboard - Excel list # 17.
