1. It is my understanding that subject parcels (7109000024 & 7109014003) are now referred to as Crossing at Monument Creek and that the developers are requesting to be annexed to Palmer Lake. Does that have any impact on this hearing request?
2. Will you be presenting or showing or outlining the area within these two parcels that is the subject of this hearing and Public Notice we received?
3. Will you be presenting or showing or outlining the points of ingress and egress to these lots? If from El Rancho Way, will El Rancho Way be improved?
4. How will this 5-lot portion of these parcels impact the number of lots that will be allowed in the remaining portion of the parcels given they are zone RR-2.5 & RR-0.5?
