View	OPPOSE Name: Candace Crippen Date: 5/13/2026 9:31:49 PM	There are a laundry list of "issues" with the replat process of 15330 E. Chaparral Loop 80831. Starting back in 2019 is when Mr. John Wood started the process. In 2019/2020 water testing was done from my dads well, soil & geology September 25, 2020. Rocky Mountain Group job #159645 dug 2 bore holes September 08, 2017. Along with a few in February 2023. However according to Ashlyn Mathy project manager (I know she is no longer there)January 2024 all of their testing is too old! I needs to be within 3 years. Last year I was able to attend in person, this year it's not possible. I am begging you all for just a few extra minutes to look over your own requirements and you will see that MVE just changes the date on his "reports." Her strong arm attorney's know people in high places and I believe that is why no one has actually checked the documents. I would like to scan extra documents in but Im not smart with computers.
