Description: Vacate and replat two lots into 2 with ROW dedication on the west side of Meridian Rd. The eastern side of Meridian Rd. had already dedicated. A Right-of-Way dedication of 35 ft will be needed for the 180 ft ROW. A preservation would be needed for the remainder to 210 ft ROW width. A Public Improvement Easement could be used in place of the ROW preservation beyond 180 ft and may be needed for the drainage channel anyway.
