Description: Applicant proposes to increase the open-space area, within the amended portion of the Sketch Plan. Amended portion of the approved sketch plan is less than 25% of the overall sketch plan and density. Applicant proposes detached single-family homes, landscape, and detention ponds, in addition to a buffer between the existing residents and the proposed amended area. A site specific PUD plan is proposed for the rezoning which will require Planning Commission and Board of Country Commissioners Approval.
