Special Use to allow a new 75-foot-tall CMRS stealth tower in the RR-5 (Residential Rural) zoning district. Exceeding the maximum height within RR-5 will be part of the Special Use. *IF* the applicant needs to reduce the use-specific setback of tower height + 10', this will elevate the application to the PC/BOCC hearing process. -- Details from applicant: Vertical Bridge (VB) is proposing a new 75' monopine Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) Facility with Verizon Wireless as the primary tenant. Construction of telecommunications and public utility facility, consisting of cell tower, space for carrier equipment, and a utility backboard will be within a fenced compound. No water or sewer is proposed. This will be an unmanned facility.
