APPROVAL CONDITIONS
- Black Forest Fire Protection District: BFFR approves the project as submitted, subject to the structure remaining a detached agricultural/Group U-type accessory structure used for livestock shelter and/or agricultural storage only, with no habitable space. The submitted site plan shows the proposed structure located approximately 58 feet from the existing house/garage. Provided the final constructed location maintains more than 50 feet of separation from any structure containing occupiable or habitable space, the structure may qualify for the applicable CWRC accessory-building exemption. If the final location is changed to less than 50 feet, or the proposed use changes, the project shall be resubmitted to BFFR for CWRC review prior to construction. Maintain approved fire apparatus access to the property and proposed structure. Access shall remain unobstructed and capable of supporting emergency apparatus.
